I have a show!!  And it’s at one of the venues that I got my start in live performance, the No Future Cafe in Pasadena! I’m super excited to be playing the songs from my new album Transitions live for people. The response has honestly been super encouraging and affirming and I’d love to share it with you.

I will be accompanied by longtime bandmate George Matamala (Savros, The Vegas Nerve) on bass and I couldn’t be more excited to share the stage with him again.

Also performing is lifelong musical friends John R. Williamson and mynameismilk.  (Both with bands!! I will be the acoustic act between both sets.)

In other news – if you really love hearing me talk about music, deconstruction of my religious faith, and why I still feel hopeful, you should listen to this awesome conversation I had with Justin of Sketched Sounds Podcast.  (You can find it on all of your favorite podcast platforms.)

My newest single “Don’t Give Up” from Transitions officially released on August 9th! If you pre-save it on Spotify, it totally pushes my song “up the charts” and makes it so the song will show up for more people. I’d love it if you pre-saved it.  Here’s the Spotify Pre-Save link.

My album will officially release on all streaming platforms on October 4. But if you want, you can get it NOW and download it via Bandcamp.

I hope you’re all doing well and I’d love to see you Friday night, but if you live far away, I hope this video from my album release show makes you happy.

Much love,

Steven
